Restorative Yoga is the perfect way to end my week. Sam gives great instruction and provides are very warm, welcoming atmosphere. As a chiropractor, I appreciate the mobility this class brings to my beat up, active body!!
I also recommend checking out all of the amazing resources that Airmid provides to our community. They have amazing therapist, acupuncturist, massage therapist, yoga and other class instructors.
I highly recommend this holistic mental health and wellness clinic. I have referred lots of my own patients to them and am a member of their wellness community.
