Yes we do! OOP is $150 per session and it is due upon the start of your session. Just give us a call and we will guide you through the process. Together, your therapist will work with you to create a treatment plan that makes sense for your unique needs not only for your mental health but your financial situation too.

We are happy to support families by providing a monthly superbill for counseling services received. Superbills can be emailed once a month to the email address linked to your portal account and include a detailed summary of the previous month’s sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, you can submit the superbill to your insurance provider to request reimbursement. Not sure if you’re eligible? A quick call to the mental health number on the back of your insurance card can help clarify your coverage.

No future sessions can be scheduled until balance is paid.

You must give us 24 hour notice for any session that you will need to miss or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a $75 charge to the card on file. This must be paid prior to booking another session.
