Cate offers both in-person and virtual sessions.
Steven Olshin, LSW

Steven is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides compassionate, collaborative care for clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, autism, and LGBTQIA+–related concerns. He supports identity exploration, life transitions, relationship challenges, and cultural or religious development using CBT, IFS, psychoanalytic, and mindfulness-based approaches. Lisa Schell, MA, LPC, NCC

Life can be complex, and meeting goals and finding our own personal meaning are areas Lisa believes hold the answers to some of our most challenging questions. Her specialty is working with those who have or are experiencing Domestic Violence, women’s issues, negative childhood memories, and other complex trauma using a Person-Centered approach while considering childhood experiences, attachments, and integrating feminist and environmental/societal considerations. Lisa is EMDR Certified, and a current adjunct professor at Delaware Valley University where she shares her expertise.
