She has nearly 20 years of experience in office, school, and home settings.

Steven Olshin, LSW
Adults
Steven is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides compassionate, collaborative care for clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, autism, and LGBTQIA+–related concerns. He supports identity exploration, life transitions, relationship challenges, and cultural or religious development using CBT, IFS, psychoanalytic, and mindfulness-based approaches. Steven helps clients build insight, self-regulation, and tools for lasting growth and empowerment.

Francine, with a master’s from NYU and 33 years of experience, is a Dance Movement Therapist and Substance Abuse Counselor. She works with children, adults, and older adults, supporting anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, grief, and life transitions. Using an integrative approach, including CBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and dance movement, she helps clients connect with their emotions, body, and mind to foster healing and self-expression.

Lisa Schell, MA, LPC, NCC

Life can be complex, and meeting goals and finding our own personal meaning are areas Lisa believes hold the answers to some of our most challenging questions. Her specialty is working with those who have or are experiencing Domestic Violence, women’s issues, negative childhood memories, and other complex trauma using a Person-Centered approach while considering childhood experiences, attachments, and integrating feminist and environmental/societal considerations. Lisa is EMDR Certified, and a current adjunct professor at Delaware Valley University where she shares her expertise.
