Donald Cramer, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Cramer attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing and Robert Morris University, graduating as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatry. Dr. Cramer is a Board-Certified Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatry trained across the lifespan.
He has experience in outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization, and Intensive outpatient services. Dr. Cramer has over 10 years of experience as a DNP in Psychiatry and comes from an extensive nursing background, 17+ years in Critical Care Units, Cardiology, Pediatric Medical Psychiatry, Emergency
Departments, and multiple levels of Behavioral Health care. He appreciates collaborating with patients across the lifespan from ages 6 to 65. Given your permission, he will collaborate with your Primary and Subspecialty Providers as we plan for your best care.
Dr. Cramer provides individualized Evaluation and Treatment for psychiatric, emotional, and behavioral concerns including those with comorbid medical complexities. Specialty areas include Child and Adolescent services, Comorbid Medical and Psychiatric Conditions, Major Depressive disorders, Seasonal Affective disorder, Psychotic Depression, treatment Resistant Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive- Compulsive Disorders (OCD), Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD), Adjustment disorders, Prolonged grief, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Spectrum Disorders, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation disorders, Schizoaffective disorder, Sleep Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorders, and LGBTQ+ care including Gender Dysphoria.

Dr. Cramer does prescribe medication but believes that medication is just one component of a thorough treatment plan to facilitate improved mental health. He is happy to work with your current psychotherapist and thoroughly consider and advise on
Holistic treatment modalities. Dr. Cramer may also recommend lifestyle changes elating to sleep, diet, exercise, and other habits to support overall wellness.

Care is available through in-person and secure telemedicine visits, and includes thorough evaluations, medication consultations, and ongoing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Each visit is tailored to the individual, incorporating medical history, current symptoms, and a holistic bio-psycho-social approach to develop a thoughtful, collaborative treatment plan that supports lasting well-being.
