Sarah Smith
Director of Wellness & Marketing | Meditation Instructor | Facilitator
Sarah is a holistic practitioner and the Director of Wellness & Marketing at Airmid, where she curates intentional programming and fosters meaningful community experiences. She blends her background in marketing, event planning, and studio operations to support a grounded and accessible wellness space.
Sarah is a Certified Medicinal Herbalist, Flower Essence Therapy Practitioner, Reiki Usui Practitioner, and Integrative Energy Therapy Practitioner. She has also completed a three-year aprenticeship in women’s space holding and the Rose Priestess lineage, which deeply informs her trauma-aware, heart-centered approach.
Sarah facilitates meditation classes, women’s circles, and workshops that support emotional well-being, embodiment, and connection, guiding others back to themselves through intentional and integrative practices.

Juli Eckmeier
Studio Front Desk Manager | Yoga Instructor

Juli believes that if you can breathe, you can do yoga. As both a Teacher and the Studio’s Desk Manager, she’s often the first friendly face you’ll see when you arrive. She specializes in making yoga accessible to all—beginners, children, seniors, and those with special needs.
A practitioner since her teens, Juli’s journey supported her through pregnancy, motherhood, and recovery from a 2021 car accident that reshaped her approach toward the body’s innate strength and nervous system regulation. Her classes blend movement, art, and music, guiding students toward resilience—not just flexibility.
Currently studying Yoga Therapy, Juli is certified in prenatal, children’s, and chair yoga, with advanced training in trauma-informed care, grief, and S.A.F.E. yoga for conditions like osteoporosis, scoliosis, and hypermobility. When she’s not teaching, she’s at the front desk helping you feel at home in the studio.


Julia Dank
Yoga Instructor
As a Certified 200hr Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, Chair Yoga Teacher, and Sound Healing + Reiki Practitioner, Julia offers a ceremonial and intentional approach to her classes integrate all layers of the Self; Body, Mind, and Soul. With a Trauma-Informed background, Julia focuses on creating classes that are accessible and centered around one’s individual and unique practice, where you are always your own best guide on your mat.
Carol Garner
Yoga Instructor
Carol's classes range from Neurogenic yoga, gentle flow, beginner to intermediate levels, with modifications and challenges for all to explore. Swimming, reading, long walks in nature, and getting in touch with her spirituality are outside interests that Carol enjoys.


Cassandra Theriault
Yoga Instructor
"Cass" discovered yoga during a period of burnout from her advertising job, leading to a transformative daily practice (and a new path). After earning her certification in 2020, she began teaching various styles of yoga. Cass is passionate about healing through movement and making yoga accessible to all. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, painting, and seeking out dogs to pet.
Gail Rowan
Yoga Instructor
Gail has been happily practicing for about 20 years. She is a special education teacher in the Northern Burlington School District in New Jersey and is currently teaching sixth grade. However, she has taught preschool up until the eighth grade.

Justin Ballasy
Somatic Movement Instructor
Justin's passion for movement began at age four with tap dance. He continued his journey at Muhlenberg College, earning a B.A. in dance, choreography, education, and kinesiology. Now, he shares the healing power of meditation, mindfulness, and intentional movement. His goal is to raise awareness in both students and peers about how movement affects the body and mind.


Margo Langlotz
Yoga Instructor
Margo has been called to the healing space since 1999. She graduated from The Center of Human Integration Therapy as a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. Ever curious about holistic healing, she has been practicing yoga for over thirty years, entering YTT back in 2020 and graduating with a 200-hour program from Nourishing Storm. Her Yoga and Mindfulness meditation classes are both inspiring and deeply transformative.
Samantha Levin
Yoga Instructor
Samantha has been teaching yoga for a decade and has taught a range of classes including Vinyasa, Restorative, Hot Power Yoga, as well as Mommy and Me yoga classes for children! She cares deeply about all of her students and helps them to improve their overall health & wellness goals!
