Dr. Cramer offers a range of comprehensive, individualized psychiatric services designed to support both immediate needs and long-term mental health goals. Care is available through in-person and secure telemedicine visits, and includes thorough evaluations, medication consultations, and ongoing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Each visit is tailored to the individual, incorporating medical history, current symptoms, and a holistic bio-psycho-social approach to develop a thoughtful, collaborative treatment plan that supports lasting well-being.

Visit Types
Telemedicine
In addition to in-person sessions, Dr. Cramer offers telemedicine visits for most new & follow-up visits. Telemedicine visits are conducted using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
60 Minutes
Medication Consultation
Consultation with patients who are currently treating mental health symptoms with medication and continue to struggle with symptoms. Dr. Cramer will evaluate symptoms, diagnosis, gaps in treatment. and
treatment resistant symptoms. Dr. Cramer will determine with you the best course of treatment.
Follow-Up Visits

Child & Adolescent Medication Check
Follow-up medication management visits with all patients are scheduled for thirty minutes. Medication management visits can be scheduled for 60 minutes on a case-by-case basis.
Adult Medication Check
Follow-up medication management visits with all patients will be scheduled for thirty minutes. Medication
management visits can be scheduled for 60 minutes on a case-by-case basis.
Evaluations
The initial Evaluation will focus on keeping in mind the goal of both immediate and long-term assessments so that a comprehensive but individualized, context and culturally sensitive, reality based, recovery-oriented management plan can be formulated. A Treatment plan will be developed using history taking, Mental Status Examination, reports of established medical conditions and records. Laboratory measures may be utilized as needed. During assessment, collateral reports and past medical records are valuable additions along with patient self-report. Assessment and management will focus on the various bio-psycho-social domains relevant to the individual.
